Information We Collect

Pro Marketing Trends does not require account creation or collect personal information to use any calculator or read any content on this site. All calculator computations run locally in your browser — no data is transmitted to our servers.

We may collect anonymous usage data through analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns, page popularity, and site performance. This data does not identify individual users.

Cookies

This site may use first-party cookies for site functionality and third-party cookies from analytics providers. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function as intended.

Affiliate Links

Some pages on this site contain affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, ratings, or recommendations. All affiliate relationships are disclosed clearly on relevant pages.

Third-Party Links

Our site contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external site you visit.

Data Retention and Security

Since this site does not collect personal information through forms or account creation, there is no personal data stored on our servers to retain or secure beyond standard hosting logs. Aggregate analytics data is retained according to the data retention settings of our analytics provider, typically a rolling 14 to 26 month window.

Your Choices

You can use most of this site, including every calculator, without providing any personal information at all. If you choose to subscribe to a newsletter or download a lead magnet through a form on this site, you can request removal of that information at any time by contacting us directly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The version posted here is the current one in effect, and we encourage you to check back periodically.

How Our Calculators Handle Your Inputs

Every calculator on this site is built to run entirely client-side, meaning the numbers you type in — revenue figures, ad spend, conversion rates, or any other input — are processed directly in your browser using JavaScript and are never transmitted to our servers, stored in a database, or shared with any third party. When you close the browser tab or refresh the page, those inputs are gone. This is a deliberate design choice, not just a privacy nicety: it means you can run sensitive business numbers through our tools without worrying about where that data ends up.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business and marketing professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and if we become aware that a child has provided personal information through any contact form on this site, we will take steps to delete it.

International Visitors

Visitors access this site from many countries, and data protection rules vary by region. Because we don't collect personal information through normal use of the site — no account creation, no required forms, and all calculators running locally in your browser — most regional privacy frameworks have very little to apply to in the first place. Where you do voluntarily provide information, such as through a newsletter signup, we apply the same baseline practices described in this policy regardless of where you're located.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal as part of their privacy settings. There is currently no industry-wide standard for how websites should respond to this signal, and we do not currently alter our analytics behavior based on it. If you want to limit tracking regardless of this signal, the most reliable approach is to use your browser's built-in cookie controls or a privacy-focused browser extension, which we mentioned in the cookies section above.
